Where can I find your size chart?
Our size chart is currently located on the last photo for each product! We offer some sizing suggestions in our product description, but please do not use that in place of the size chart! We want you to get your best fit!
How do I use your size chart?
Find your favorite tee or sweatshirt that you currently have and a measuring tape. Measure length + width on your piece and compare your numbers to the size chart to find your best match!
How long does it take to get my order?
Our items are processed within 5-7 business days and then shipped via USPS. Unfortunately, USPS is experiencing delays. To make up for this, we aim to ship before our 5-7 business day processing time when we can! Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days after being processed.
Do you combine orders?
We do not combine orders at this time, as it sets us up for extended processing times.
Can I change a size or color on my order after placing it?
Changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Please double check your cart before submitting your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We cannot make changes after an order has been placed. However, if you reach out to us via email and your order has not started processing, we will do our best to cancel your order in time, so you can place a new order to the correct address.
Do you accept returns?
We stand behind our products 100%. We accept returns within 14 days for store credit only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Do you take custom orders?
We are unable to take custom orders at this time.
Are you accepting social media collaborations?
We are not currently accepting collaborations. Please see our Instagram page @madewithmercyshop to be updated when we are searching for collabs and brand reps!
Where can I stay up to date on new products?
