Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time it takes to process and package your order before it is shipped.  Merce and Company operates on a 5-7 business day processing time for standard orders.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped after the 5-7 business day processing. 

• Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery 5-9 days after shipping.

At this time, all orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Merce and Company is not responsible for:

• US Postal Service Delays
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages.  Please contact USPS support with these issues.
