•PERSONALIZATION REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY):

Design must be a 1-5 word phrase only (with or without punctuation). We will accept up to 1 heart illustration with the phrase.  Any additional illustrations will not be accepted, and order will be cancelled.

DO: Take your photo in bright, natural lighting. Ensure your photo is CLEAR.

DO: Ensure there are NO shadows on your photo. 

DO: Use a THICK, black marker on white paper.  No other writing utensils will be accepted & order will be cancelled.  This step is very important to ensure high quality embroidery.

DO: Include one phrase only.  The more words, the smaller they will be embroidered.  

DO: Upload your photo(s) at the time of purchase.

•CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS: Choice of left chest placement or center chest placement. Phrases might be wrapped onto additional lines, depending on the length and size of handwriting.

•SIZING: For the best possible fit, we recommend using the measurements in the chart listed.  Unisex fit, runs roomy.

•CARE: Gentle wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.

•PROCESSING TIME: Up to 14 Business Days.
